Open TweakMASTER and click on the Advanced Optimization button, and on that screen click on the "Reset to Defaults" button at the bottom right corner of that screen and follow the wizard to reset the settings to either Windows defaults or to the settings that were in effect when you first installed TweakMASTER.

Please note that when you uninstall TweakMASTER all settings are restored to the state that was in effect when TweakMASTER was installed for the first time on that computer.
