Lost registration information recovery

If you are a registered user of Hagel Technologies software and need to recover lost registration information, please fill in this form and you will receive your user name and serial number by e-mail.

This form will only return your registration information if you use the name and email address exactly as you entered them when you purchased the program. If you wish to receive a reply at different e-mail address, you must supply the Order Number which was part of the information in your purchase confirmation email. We can only confirm order numbers for software bought in our online stores, not in our affiliates' online stores.

You must supply two of the three items correctly in order to receive an automated response. In most cases this automated response system will be the fastest solution for you. If you do not know which email address you used and don't have your original order number, then you will need to contact our sales staff and we will will have to look up your registration information manually. Please supply as much information as possible. Manual lookup can take up to 72 hours.
