This is a Windows shortcoming, something TweakMASTER cannot change. Note that in TweakMASTER 3.x, some changes do not require reboot on Windows Vista and later. We hope that in future versions of Windows reboot will not be required at all, and TweakMASTER will be able then to apply all changes instantly.
