If your "Connected To" box reads an abnormally high speed such as 115,200 bps, this is unfortunately not your connection speed to your ISP. This is reporting your modem's internal connect speed to your computer or "port speed".

Please refer to your modem manual, or try to update your modem driver to get it to display the true connection speed.
