If you downloaded the file and cannot find it, check your computer's desktop or choose "Find" from the Windows Start menu and type this in: TweakMASTER-*.exe

That will locate the file you downloaded. If it does not, please download again using one of the links on our download page. Note where you are downloading to when you click "Save" to begin the download. Then you can go there with Windows Explorer and launch the installation. Moreover, most browsers offer you to execute the downloaded file after the download process completes.
