We are so sure you will enjoy using our software that we will refund your purchase price within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Since you will already be in possession of the software, completion of a brief "Certificate of Destruction" is required, and your purchase price will be refunded, less a 10% fee to cover the costs of the online transaction with our e-commerce partners and Visa/MasterCard. (Please remember that everything at Hagel Technologies Ltd. is available for trial download and evaluation. If you purchase and then request a refund, the 2-3% credit card transaction fees must be paid twice by our e-commerce provider: once for the purchase and once for credit. It is for this reason the e-commerce provider charges us a 10% fee. None of this goes to us.)
