Is there a number for telephone support?

We do not offer telephone support for our software. In an effort to keep the prices low and the quality of our support high, we have created this extensive wiki which should answer most of your questions. If you have a question not covered here, please fill our the assistance request form and you will get an answer from a support technician, normally within 72 hours or less.

Can I get a virus by installing your software?

All our downloads on the Hagel Technologies servers are carefully checked for viruses on a regular basis. While we cannot speak for other servers carrying our software with absolute certainty, we have never had a case of a user reporting a virus from installing one of our software in more than ten years of operation. We take our customers' safety very seriously.
